Strategic Membership Solutions (SMS) is an Australian owned and operated company providing high quality, practical and comprehensive advice, support and training on topics relating to turnarounds, sponsorship and membership for associations, charities and other not-for-profit organisations.

SMS is a specialised consultancy run by Belinda Moore (formerly Busoli) and Julian Moore. Together they bring a wealth of experience from the Australasian and European not-for-profit sectors.

Julian Moore

Julian is Australasia's foremost nonprofit sponsorship practitioner specialising in charities, associations and other non-profits. He specialises in training, motivating and up-skilling boards and staff to improve sponsorship performance. Julian's work predominately includes sponsorship coaching, sponsorship seeking, in-house training and facilitation, services and keynote speaking. Julian draws on his extensive experience in both Australia and the United Kingdom to deliver sponsorship outcomes for his clients.

Belinda Moore

Belinda is Australasia's foremost membership specialist. She has assisted thousands of not-for-profit organisations with their membership challenges. She specialises in training, motivating and up-skilling boards, staff and volunteers to improve membership performance and is available to deliver briefings to boards, staff and volunteers on membership and related topics. Belinda's work predominately includes membership coaching, in-house membership training, facilitated strategy sessions and keynote speaking. Belinda is the author of two books including The Membership Machine and Membership Fundamentals. More recently she authored the popular paper Membership is Dead ?
